Design development and budget feasibility.

The design team will come to your home to document existing conditions and measure your home to begin the drawings. We work with you until the floor plan is exactly right.

Together we review and compare against out initial rough budget.

Based on the accepted floor plan, and any new knowledge from due diligence, together we compare against our initial rough budget. We pay attention and respect your budget!

Phase 2

Dial in the details!

Finalize the design. All selections complete.

We present detailed elevations of all cabinetry and tile walls. We work with you to select all finish materials to hone in the design specifics for your new dream home!

Winding up design and budgeting.

With most specifications made, it's time for one final look at the numbers. To do this we have a walk-through with our full team, including our trusted trade partners. We present that budget to you for any final adjustments for the Home Improvement Contract.

Construction begins!

Professionally produce the project as designed and per contract.

Relax, we got this! Due to all the selections and design decisions made during the robust Design and Budget Contract, the smooth transition to a fixed fee Home Improvement Contract quickly becomes apparent. Our project management software and assigned project manager, keeps you in the loop and up to date on progress.
