By introducing steel structural supports, we relocated the kitchen to a central position, opening up the main living areas and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The dining room remains an intimate daily retreat, while a charming mudroom with a Dutch door adds both function and character. A cleverly integrated bar and laundry space enhances convenience, while the relocated downstairs bath was designed to feel original to the home.
