Our design team comes to your home to document existing conditions and take detailed measurements. From there, we develop the drawings and work with you until the floor plan feels right.
Once the floor plan is established, we compare the evolving design with the initial rough budget. This gives us an early opportunity to address any changes needed to keep the project and investment aligned.

Dial In the Details!
Finalizing the design, selections, and budget.
We develop detailed elevations for cabinetry, tile, and other key design elements, then guide you through selecting the finish materials that will shape the look and feel of your home.
With most selections and specifications complete, our team and trusted trade partners walk the project together. We use that information to prepare a more complete construction budget and review any final adjustments before moving into the fixed-fee Home Improvement Contract.

Professionally produce the project as designed and per contract.
Relax, we got this! Because the design, selections, and budgeting have already been carefully worked through, the transition into construction is clear and organized.
Your assigned project manager coordinates the work, while our project management software keeps you informed with updates, photos, documents, and progress throughout construction.
